We usually have backup cameras and / or manual times for just this purpose. If there is a problem with your time or results, please give us a much information as possible and we will endeavour to put it right.

If you have missing times it can also help if you give us a description of what you're wearing.
If you have a query about your finish time and you know approximatley what it should be please let us know as often we can check photos or video.
